$100,000 palm tree coming soon to Toronto
City council candidate Rob Davis says that the city of Toronto is spending cash to build a stainless steel palm tree at the intersection of Vaughan and Oakwood. Davis says the city should be spending the cost of the project - he estimates it is around $100,000 - on planting real trees.
