Ford transit plan could cost millions more, TTC says
Rob Ford’s $4.7 billion transportation plan could require the city to review or renegotiate contracts worth well over $1 billion for streetcars and tunnel boring machines — as well as forgoing $68 million spent already on the Sheppard LRT he doesn’t want to build.
