Rossi questions Bloor St. construction

Rocco Rossi staged a press conference at the corner of Belair and Bloor St. on Friday, Sept. 10, 2010. Rossi is questioning the planning abilities of city council since the construction of roads has not been completed as Toronto hosts TIFF and the world looks on.
